The Hogan Emotional Intelligence Report (EQ) measures emotional intelligence, defined as the ability to recognize and manage one’s own and others’ emotions. It gives an easily understandable EQ score based on HPI and HDS reports. It also produces a score for each of the six subheadings of emotional intelligence and provides feedback. The report also includes possible behaviors to be observed in the person, strengths and areas of development, as well as discussion points and suggestions based on the scores.
