We design in-house mentoring to create learning processes in terms of transferring and preserving the experience and knowledge in the organization and to enable stakeholders to use the system in the most effective way.

We aim to transform abstract concepts into concrete successes with practical examples that will reflect on the way of doing business. In this process, employees in positions deemed appropriate by the corporate management will establish development-oriented relationships under the guidance of an experienced manager.

  • We establish a system in which the mentee (mentee) will be supported and guided to be prepared for later positions in his career in the institution.
  • We improve the client’s self-confidence and self-esteem and increase his awareness of himself and his institution.

In-house mentoring covers a period of 6 months – 1 year, with regularly scheduled meetings.
