Basic Report;

It defines a person’s potential and development areas within the framework of six basic dimensions. It provides personalized information about the degree to which the person’s personality traits match the requirements of the position for which he is a candidate.

Source Report;

It offers a detailed personality assessment within the framework of six basic dimensions and thirty-one sub-dimensions related to the characteristics of the person. It provides information about which development areas the person should focus on during the coaching process or development studies. It provides data in the decision-making process by identifying the characteristics of a person for critical positions.  

Work Families Report;

It evaluates a person’s potential, which differs in five different job families. 

Competency Report;

It evaluates a person’s differentiated potential in six core competency areas.

It evaluates personality within the framework of 6 basic dimensions and 31 sub-dimensions. It includes the strengths and developmental features that each basic dimension brings to the person in terms of identity and reputation.
