With the Baltaş Assessor Certificate Program, we aim to provide evaluator candidates with practical skills and experience as well as theoretical and technical knowledge. With the Assessor Certification Program

• We ensure that evaluation centers are built with expert evaluator qualifications. 
• We introduce the evaluator to an understanding that enables the development of the candidate.
• Concepts of measurement and evaluation; We handle it with different techniques such as process, observation, analysis designs, competency matrix and feedback.  
• We enable you to practice evaluator competencies in different ways such as role plays, group studies, sample feedback interviews.  
•  We contact the participants for a total of 48 hours with three modules: “Basic”, “Expert” and “Master” evaluator certificates.
