Difficulties in recognizing and managing employees’ personality traits lead to costly consequences for organizations, such as wrong hiring decisions, low employee loyalty and increased turnover. With the Personality Science Certificate Program, we aim to increase the role and effectiveness of scientific tools in personality assessment in human resources processes and to increase the equipment of people and managers who are effective in making corporate decisions in this field. We develop skills in understanding the relationship between job requirements and personality traits and making the right selection, training, development and promotion decisions.

•  We contact the participants for a total of 36 hours with three modules: “Knowing Personality”, “Managing Personality in Business Life” and “Measuring to Recognize”.
