Team coaching supports the development of team members, aims to enable them to communicate better with each other, work harmoniously and increase cooperation. During the team coaching process, we support leaders in motivating, guiding and effectively managing team members. We support teams in dealing with challenges, managing conflicts and finding innovative solutions. We increase efficiency by strengthening team learning through sharing life examples related to individual goals and in-group analyses.
With the Team Coaching Project, team members are guided by a professional coach.
Team coaching covers a period of 6 months – 1 year, with regularly scheduled workshops and monitoring studies.
