Prof. Dr. Zuhal Baltas, İ.Ü. After graduating from the Department of Psychology, she continued his studies at Istanbul University. She continued his studies at Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, Department of Public Health and became a Doctor of Medical Sciences in 1981. Baltaş became an associate professor of applied psychology in 1989 and a professor of Public Health in 1996. In different years since 1976; At Westminster Hospital, University of London, St. He was a researcher and visiting professor at George’s Medical School and University College London (UCL). She is the Turkish delegate of the European Health Psychology Society.
In addition to his textbooks and academic publications, she has many works on institutional and individual development.
Her life story is included in the book Success Stories from Contemporary Turkish Women written by Gönül Bakay. In addition to professional associations, she carries out voluntary work in non-governmental organizations.
