It is a management simulation that shows the basics of strategic planning in finance, marketing, production and product development.
It allows observing the results of decisions made in order to make the right investments at the right time and obtain the best profit in a rapidly changing market and an intense competitive environment. Method: Teams of participants consisting of 3-4 people undertake different roles such as production, marketing, sales and finance management. Teams compete with each other and plan and execute sales, marketing, production, R&D and financial strategies. Participants who find themselves in the “senior executive reality” have the opportunity to control the strategic, operational and financial variables of a company they manage throughout the simulation.
