Baltas English Test was developed to evaluate the English language skills of institutions during recruitment processes. This test, prepared at an advanced level in accordance with the needs of institutions, is used to objectively measure the general English levels of the candidates.
Baltas English Test evaluates the English level of your candidates in terms of criteria such as grammar, comprehension capacity and vocabulary, allowing you to understand their real English proficiency, choose the most suitable professionals in terms of language skills and have a reliable reference point in recruitment decisions.
Baltas English Test measures candidates in the following 4 dimensions:
- STRUCTURE
Knowledge of language, grammar and sentence structure
- VOCABULARY
Vocabulary
- READING
Reading and reading comprehension knowledge
- TRANSLATION
English translation knowledge
- SPEAKING
Ability to explain what is read; The candidate is asked to make a presentation in English on a pre-determined topic and the entire process is recorded as a video. This feature applies regardless of the English test.
