Human Resources Management Congress, the 4th largest meeting of human resources of the private sector and public world in Ankara, was held on March 15, 2007 at METU Culture and Congress Center. At the Congress, which is the biggest event in Ankara on this subject, the path followed by HR from past to present was discussed with participants interested in this field, with the theme “HR Logbook”.
Its purpose; Prof. at the Congress, whose aim is to review the present and future of human resources while evaluating their past. Dr. Acar Baltas gave his speech titled “Success is Realized by Focusing on Strengths”.
At the 4th Human Resources Management Congress organized by two non-governmental organizations, KalDer, a pioneer in quality in our country, and PERYÖN, which is strong in human resources, the subject of HR Logbook was discussed in detail with intense participation.
