It shares its Student Coaching Training with schools, which serves the goal of supporting the holistic development of educational institutions and raising both more conscious and successful students. With Student Coaching, Baltas Group aims to provide teachers with coaching skills while establishing a special coaching system within the school. Thus, in this process, both students and teachers add value to the school.
In this study, groups of 6-8 people are formed with teachers who will coach the students and a 2-day practical training is provided. Coaches who start coaching meetings are monitored and supervised by Baltas Group with half-day trainings held every two months throughout the year. In addition, the entire process is constantly monitored with online evaluation forms filled out by both student coaches and coached students.
