Baltas Group Tuesday Meetings, each of which is held with different topics that closely concern business professionals, continue.
The meeting, held on Tuesday, March 22, within the framework of social responsibility, was watched with excitement by the participants. Prof. Dr. Acar Baltas’s presentation titled “Managing with Values” gave the participants a different perspective.
The speech, which included the message “The most successful institutions are those that highlight their values”, also included information about the corporate transformation tool that takes the steps to be taken to manage the corporate culture from being based on intuition and places the management approach and human resources policies on a platform based on rational foundations.
