ICOM 5 (5th International Conference on Memory and Cognition), hosted by the University of York, was held in England-Yorkshire between 31 July and 5 August.
Understanding the human mind’s processes has the power to guide and raise awareness in order to effectively manage every aspect of one’s life. Different types of memory and decision-making processes are the mechanisms that underlie this information value. Baltas Group took an important initiative to question the basic dynamics by building a bridge between these processes and business life at the ICOM 5 Conference, which brought together many important international academics and researchers with their theories, models and studies that serve the literature in these fields.
Baltas Group Academy and Management Assistant Handan Odaman made a poster presentation titled “The effect of different self-constructs on autobiographical memories and attention processes” at the ICOM 5 Conference.
