Psychology and Business World Baltas Tuesday Meetings, which serve the Baltas Group’s mission of bringing contemporary knowledge together with the Turkish Business World, continue with a different topic in each event.
The meeting held in September was held under the title “Leadership Compass”.
The Leadership Compass, adapted to Turkish Culture and brought to the Turkish Business World by Baltas-Eksen, was prepared by the Hogan Assessment System, based on the norms created by the managers of Fortune 200 companies and research determining the difference between successful leaders and unsuccessful leaders.
In this seminar held on September 20, 2011, Yasemin Duman gave information about the Leadership Compass, which will take institutions one step further in training the leaders of today and the future in connection with corporate and individual development practices, coaching programs and management changes.
