Yasemin Duman stated that determining the behaviors of employees or candidates under pressure and building a bridge between their behaviors and values ​​​​with all methods provides great added value in selection and placement studies.
Duman also stated that in the evaluations they have made so far as Baltas-Eksen, the HDS (Hogan Tendency Measurement) tests used to determine the behavior of candidates under pressure and the MVPI (Hogan Values ​​and Tendency Measurement) tests used to determine their basic values ​​make a big difference in placing the right person for the right job.
