ASTD 2014, the largest meeting of the education sector, was held between 4-7 May. Baltas Group attended the ASTD conference, which it has attended for many years, this year as well. This year, ASTD 2014 was held under the main title of “change” and hosted many different topics and speakers.
Among the main speakers speaking at the conference this year; Arianna Huffington, author of 13 books and president of Huffington Media Group, spoke on May 5 about redefining success.
General Stan McChrystal, Chairman of the Board of Siemens Management Technologies, made his speech on May 6 with an impressive presentation under the main title of “Leadership”.
Kevin Carrall, founder of Kevin Carroll Katalyst/LLC, shared with the participants the experiences he shared in his books on innovation and emphasized what should be done to attract innovative employees to institutions.
