Baltas Group met with human resources professionals at the Selection, Placement and Talent Management Summit. At the Summit held at Marriot Asia on October 6-7, hosted by HRDergi, Baltas Group met with the participants to exchange information under the title of “New Era in Evaluation Center Studies”.
Two issues that had not been discussed before at the Summit were discussed by Baltas Group:

In the Baltas Group session, views were exchanged on the standards of the Entrepreneurial Innovator Scale (GIN’O) and Evaluation Center used for talent selection. It was emphasized that one of the most important elements of talent selection is choosing individuals who will contribute to the culture of innovation and entrepreneurship.
He shared about the technological applications that have and will change in the new period of evaluation center studies, the competencies evaluated and the validity of the evaluation center.
The work of the Turkish Evaluation Center Standards Committee, which was established at the beginning of 2015 and includes the Baltas Group, due to the lack of Turkish standards in the Evaluation Center, where employees are given important information about their lives and themselves, was conveyed.
