Baltas Group also met with the participants at the Employee Engagement Summit organized by HRDergi for the sixth time. At the meeting held at Marriot Asia on March 10, 2016, participants listened to Baltas Group’s speech titled “Dedication and Business Results”.
In the speech given by Baltas Group Training Program Manager Tahsin Birgen, basic assumptions about employee loyalty were questioned. Stating that the solution was sought in the wrong place and that the relationship between employee loyalty and employee performance is quite weak, Birgen presented the solution to the participants with the following words: “In order to ensure employee loyalty, the performance system should be re-evaluated and an effective feedback culture should be encouraged; “The employee should adopt a working approach in which he/she will be excited about the corporate goals, embrace the corporate mission, and believe that he/she can make a difference in society by building a bridge between the work he/she does and the reason for his/her existence.”
At the Summit, where Baltas Group had a stand where it introduced its services, participants showed interest in the “Green Collar” program developed jointly with TEMA Foundation.
