At the “State of the Future” meeting, the future of the Pharmacy Profession was discussed for 3 days. The meeting, which was first held in 2012, was held for the second time at the Istanbul Congress Center on 22-23-24 September. Prof. Dr. Acar Baltas met with the pharmacists of the future under the title of “Being a Manager in the Digital World”. In his speech, he conveyed the changing trends in leadership and management to pharmacists and asked, “How can one become a manager who leaves a mark in the pharmacy profession?” The question was answered with applicable suggestions.
