The designed nudge aims to keep the content files, which are customized as needed by our training program managers and enriched with new scientific data and technological tools, on the publicly accessible Baltas servers. Thus, it supports the implementation of an agile strategy in the production of information as well as in the tracking of the information produced and the creation of new content suitable for the integrity of the project.
Care was taken to ensure that the digital nudge, which aims to encourage behavioral change, was entertaining. The infographic video created for this purpose makes the consequences of any disruptions that may occur in the update visible in a humorous style. Since another feature of Nudge is to provide permanent behavioral change, emphasis was placed on the beneficial behavior also facilitating the way of doing business. For this purpose, the new digital system offered to training program managers enables the transfer of files or folders of the desired size by remotely accessing the server safely and quickly. In addition, the aim is to turn the use of the new system into a habit with monthly online data monitoring by the nudge design team.
The new system shared at the semester evaluation meeting and the digital nudge design that encourages the use of this system received very positive evaluations from our training program managers.
