Machinery and Chemical Industry Joint Stock Company launched the “MKE Leader Development Program” as a result of the “Development Center Application Project” in order to evaluate the human resources profile and raise the success standards it has achieved.
With these events carried out with Baltas Group, MKE aims to identify leaders who bring vision to the employees of the future, are innovative, and can establish open communication and cooperation.
The first phase of the program started with company executives. Baltas Group founder Prof. Dr. Acar Baltas gave a seminar on “Contemporary Trends in Leadership” to the company’s senior management. Following this seminar, the first stage was completed with the “Emotional Intelligence Based Relationship Management” training held in Bolu Abant on 20-22 May.
“MKE Leadership Development Program” will continue with various events and seminars throughout 2022.
