For this reason, when and how we should act as parents becomes of great importance,” said Prof. Dr. Acar Baltas stated that the information to be given to children will not be effective enough after the period has passed.
Speaking at the “Raising Children Who Deserve Life” conference organized by Private Kültür Schools for their parents, Prof. Dr. Acar Baltas said:
“Make sure your children are noticed in every environment they enter in life. Teach them to love life and reflect their potential in life. Reward your children with responsibility and let their sense of competence win through struggle. Instead of directing your children towards an uncertain and impossible goal such as ‘Being the best in the world’, teach them to adopt the understanding of ‘Being a good person for the world’.
