TEAMWORK THAT MAKES A DIFFERENCE IN THE COMPETITION

Harmony within the team is perceived by many people as having no problems in team relations and everyone getting along well with each other. In such an environment, no one pushes anyone, business priorities are not taken into account, and the aim is to avoid problems in human relations. However, the cost of the “harmony” achieved in this way is actually paid by the institution. This attitude needs to change for successful teamwork. The goal of a team leader should be to achieve synergy by transforming conflict into compromise, to achieve what they want without forcing or being forced, and to focus on their own and the organization’s values instead of their ego.
