The Family Business Summit organized by TAIDER for the second time this year was held on 28-29 November. At the meeting attended by all generations of Family Companies that shape the Turkish economy, Prof. Dr. Acar Baltas moderated the panel titled Institutionalization in Family Businesses.
In the session where Akfen Holding Chairman of the Board of Directors Hamdi Akın, Akfen Holding Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors Selim Akın and Akfen Holding Board Member Pelin Akın were panelists, the problems of family companies regarding institutionalization were discussed.
In the exhibition area of the Summit, Baltas Group introduced the services offered to new generations of family companies by Prof. Dr. Acar Baltas’s books “Managing in Turkish Culture” and “Extend Your Dream According to Your Comforter” were presented to the participants as gifts.
