25th Quality Congress: Feminine Masculine Excellence Model Workshop

Experiences, observations and data on leadership show that we must continue our search on this subject. There is important data collected from 64 thousand people in 13 countries that produce 65 percent of the world’s gross national product. The results of this study indicate that the participants see the world and the period they live in as an environment of increasing anxiety and insecurity.
If we look at the issue without ignoring the fact that the majority of managers in both the private and public sectors are men, it is natural to question “male model leaders and managers” and reconsider their leadership qualities.
Behavioral science studies have shown that humanity has lived in communities since its beginnings. There are two basic behavioral patterns seen in these communities. Getting along and getting ahead. The “Feminine Masculine Excellence Model at Work” workshop examines feminine and masculine characteristics and reveals the mechanisms that affect these basic behaviors.
In the workshop, the biological, psychological and social dimensions of the two genders are analyzed in line with the data. It focuses on a management model that will transform leadership with an algorithm that represents strengths. This model, based on scientific variables, makes it possible to make applications that will bring them to business life.
The field of “election fiction”, based on the “nudge” theory, paved the way by Kahneman, has a leading place in behavior change studies. Based on this theory, we design together what to do in the promotion campaign. Participants gain the competence to apply this modeling in different areas of their own corporate culture change. Thus, the “Feminine and Masculine Excellence Model at Work” workshop provides the opportunity to create different action plans with a new behavior change methodology.
