The second meeting of the Baltas Group Tuesday Meetings in 2009, which aims to inform employees in the field of HR about contemporary developments and to share information among the participants, was held under the title “Managing the Crisis with Values”.
Baltas Group Tuesday Meeting, held on January 20, 2009, was held at Baltas Information House under the same title, upon the intense request of those who could not attend the previous meeting.
In this meeting, which did not aim to market a product or service, a different perspective was presented to the participants on how Turkey can benefit from values in the management of human resources in this period when it has to struggle with the difficulties in the outside world.
At the meeting attended by Turkey’s leading organizations, especially HR department managers, the participants stated that they understood the importance of the values approach among the usual solution suggestions and that they would evaluate this approach in their future strategies.
