After 4 Selection and Evaluation Summits

The 4th Selection and Evaluation Summit 2007, organized by HR Magazine, was held at Ceylanintercontinentel on September 20, 2007. Baltas group experts who attended the summit briefly evaluated the Selection and Evaluation Summit by stating that although the selection and placement processes of companies show some institutional differences, objective and structured psychometric tools are now used in the selection processes. Stating that validity, reliability and scientifically proven ability tests and personality inventories come to the fore in these processes, Baltas group experts stated that evaluation center studies and interviews are also included in this process.
In the general evaluation made by the experts, it was stated that the cost of hiring the wrong person is high and therefore selection and placement is one of the important functions of the company, and that HR employees had an important sharing opportunity at the Summit.
