HRDergi 20th Educators Summit was held at Mariott Asia on 9-10 May 2017. HRDergi Educators Summit, which has a great impact on the efficiency of institutions, is continuous for educators who determine the quality of training, and provides added value to all leading institutions in Turkey, has hosted many innovations so far. The Summit, which started with a brief summary of the past 20 years, took a look at the history of both individuals and the education sector by returning to the lives of all speakers 20 years ago. The innovations introduced to the sector at the summit, where the past was talked about so much, created great excitement.
On May 9, the concept of “NUDGE”, which will make it easier for educators to share their messages with the participants, was introduced by Prof. Dr. It was presented by Zuhal Baltas with the title “Make it easier with NUDGE if you want”. At the meeting, it was shared that the concept that Baltas expressed as “Hadile” has been used in politics and advertising for years. In the education world, it was stated that “Hadile” would make a great contribution to encouraging the target audience to perform the desired behavior. The meeting, where impressive examples were given on this subject, raised the question of “How can I do this?” in the minds of the participants. It ended with creative answers to the question.
