The 5th Selection and Placement Summit was held at Ceylan Intercontinental Hotel on September 23, 2008, hosted by HR Magazine.
Yasemin Duman from Baltas-Eksen Selection, Evaluation and Organization attended the summit with her speech on the Evaluation Center in Recruitment under the title “Discovering the Jewel”.
Evaluation center studies are carried out to get to know the person and determine his/her suitability for the position, which is one of the most important problems of human resources, both in selection and promotion, and in short, to discover the essence of the employees.
