Baltas Information House hosted human resources professionals working in the Evaluation and Development Centers Platform, representatives of consultancy institutions, George C. Thornton III from Colorado State University and Hay Group Talent Solutions Director Jams Bywater.
Members of the Evaluation and Development Centers Platform, moderated by Mehmet Sürmeli, carried out studies on the standardization of ethical understanding, evaluator competence and training in evaluation center Turkey practices.
George C. Thornton, who shared that the successful work of the Evaluation and Development Center Platform, in which Baltas Group is a part, will provide added value to Turkey’s practices, shared that evaluation center standards have become quality standards audited in many countries.
He underlined that creating flexibility in time and space through the use of technology in these applications makes standardization mandatory and underlined how important the task is for those who carry out the work in Turkey.
