The 25th Quality Management Congress organized by the Quality Association ended with intense participation on 14-16 November.
Baltas Group took part in the Quality Congress held under the main title of New Normal in two sessions.
On November 14, Prof. Feminine Masculine Excellence Model Workshop at Work. Dr. Zuhal Baltas examined feminine and masculine characteristics with the participants and revealed the mechanisms that affect these basic behaviors.
On November 15, Prof. Dr. Acar Baltas moderated the Happiness 3.0 panel, where Borusan CEO Agah Uğur, Psychiatrist Ümit Yazıman and Architect Murta Tabanlıoğlu were speakers. The Happiness 3.0 session, featuring speakers who have made an impact in their fields, presented the concept of Happiness, which has an important place in the lives of business professionals, from a different perspective.
