Within the framework of social responsibility, Baltas Group has been holding meetings under the title of “Baltas Tuesday Meetings” with the participation of managers of Turkey’s leading institutions since 2001, covering topics that are closely interested in the business world. Baltas broke new ground in these meetings and held its meeting titled “New Trends in the Business World and the Role of the Leader” in Bursa on 27 April 2010, in cooperation with BUSİAD.
The meeting, which took place with the high participation of Bursa business world, started with the opening speech of Mehmet Arif Özer. Özer said that human resources, which have a great place in the rapidly changing business world, cannot find the place they deserve and this issue should be addressed with greater importance. Additionally, BUSİAD thanked Baltas Group for providing a different view on this issue.
