With these science and art meetings, Baltas Group, Prof. Dr. Balkan broke new ground with Naci İslimyeli.
At the “Gallery Opening to Tomorrow” Meetings hosted by Ekavart Gallery, participants meet with the highest products of the human brain: Knowledge and Art. In these meetings, which are held for an effective and productive business life that gives a sense of meaning, the future of the sectors is discussed. Progress strategies are determined in the road map created with the contributions of Turkey’s leading representatives of the sector.
At the first meeting held with the financial sector on January 30, 2013, we provided a sense of meaning that will move the sector forward; Solutions regarding culture, leaders, employees and systems were discussed. At the retail sector meeting on January 31, 2013, solutions that would most efficiently adapt to the changes created by online systems in the sector were discussed with valuable representatives of the sector.
Round table discussions where consensus is reached on innovative management approach, differentiated strategies and new job roles will shed light on HR 2013 projects.
Both meetings will broaden the participants’ horizons of thought, enrich their perceptions and give them a different perspective on their business lives, Prof. Dr. Balkan ended with Naci İslimyeli’s speech titled “Journey to Art”.
