Petkim met with Baltas Group on 11-12 February in order to establish its corporate culture and accelerate its corporate development.
Prof. Dr. Acar Baltas held his seminar titled “Living and Managing with Values” on February 11, 2014, at Aliağa facilities with the participation of Petkim managers.
Baltas Group met with Petkim employees on February 12, in order to define Petkim’s corporate values and corporate behaviors, thus creating concrete values and behavioral indicators on which the human resources policy and management philosophy will be based.
