The 13th Human Resources Summit was held at Lütfi Kırdar Exhibition Center on 16-17 April. Baltas Group took its place with the companies Baltas Management Education Consultancy and Baltas-Eksen Selection and Evaluation Organization at the Summit held with the theme “Human Resources that Add Life”. Baltas Group, which carried its innovative and pioneering approach to the Human Resources Summit, hosted human resources professionals at its stand and introduced visitors to Cihat Burak’s “Fish Market” painting.
Fun While Learning; “Educational Games for Educators”
After the “Educational Games for Educators” workshop held on April 16 within the scope of the 13th Human Resources Summit program attracted great attention, the event was repeated on April 17. In “Educational Games for Educators”, which transforms training from compulsory tasks into enjoyable learning opportunities, participants witnessed educational designs and presentations that are more lively, more enjoyable and entertaining while learning. This workshop, based on training techniques resulting from Baltas Group’s 25 years of experience, contributed to the participants in learning more in a shorter time.
