Baltas Group Tuesday Meetings, which aim to inform HR employees about contemporary developments and share information among participants, started again with the “Managing the Crisis with Values” meeting held on December 23, 2008.
The first of the Tuesday Meetings, which the Baltas Group started in 1999 and continued for many years, was attended by Prof. Dr. It was held under the management of Acar Baltas on 23 December 2008, between 13:30 and 16:00, at Baltas Bilgievi.
In this meeting, which did not aim to market a product or service, a different perspective was presented to the participants on how Turkey can benefit from values in the management of human resources in this period when it has to struggle with the difficulties in the outside world.
At the meeting attended by Turkey’s leading organizations, especially HR department managers, the participants stated that they understood the importance of the values approach among the usual solution suggestions and that they would evaluate this approach in their future strategies.
