Corporate Training Days organized by HR Magazine in Conrad Istanbul were held on 23-24 May. Based on its long years of experience, Baltas Group met with the participants under the title of “Educational Games That Do Not Turn into Toys for Educators”.
Educational Games, prepared by the Baltas Group with the aim of providing “more learning in less time”, especially considering the experienced in-house educators, were played with educators this time.
In addition to the educational games, the workshop tried to help the participants in generating new ideas for a strong and impressive opening, developing presentations and materials suitable for adult learning, developing enjoyable and entertaining repetition methods, creating strong closings for impressionable transfers, and ways of communicating with difficult participants.
