“Gamification in Learning Science” was discussed at the Baltas Group Renewal Meeting held on March 27. Steps of rapidly digitalizing game-based learning applications with proven educational games were on the agenda of the “Baltas Group Renewal Meeting”. We met with Tuğba Çanşalı and Nurşah Yılmaz from the “Learning Designs” team, which aims at game-based learning, which was started by Baltas Group in 1997. Their reasons for existence; “To show that learning and training can be more efficient and enjoyable with games and to support all actors in designing quality education.” The Learning Designs team, which defines itself as, shared the game-based learning steps taken in social projects with Baltas Group. This meeting resulted in an exchange of information about business games that serve learning by experience, which is the most important step of the learning journey in business life.
