The diversity and development in the reports of Hogan Evaluation Tools, of which Baltas Group is the Turkish representative, continues. The annual IOP* Conference of the Australian Psychological Society, where CEO breakfasts, many managerial training sessions and final product research and development processes were discussed, was held as the Hogan Summit.
At the conference, the Decision Making Style Inventory, the competency matching platform and the latest cross-cultural research were at the center of the events. In these studies; Hogan 360 Group Report, Decision Making Style Inventory validity studies and real management level experiences affecting the Judgment Inventory constituted the agenda.
S. Nealon stated that it was exciting for him to see that there are many institutions that are researching decision-making methods under uncertain and stressful situations and are open to feedback.
Regarding the use of Hogan tools, it was found very striking that both Hogan America and Hogan International made innovations based on continuous research on studies that facilitate institutions’ decision-making on the most critical issues.
