He shared with the participants the impact of personality traits revealed under pressure on business life at the Baltas-Eksen Selection and Placement Summit. The Selection and Placement Summit, hosted by HR Magazine, was held in Conrad on September 22, 2011. Baltas Group took part in the Summit as a support sponsor. Additionally, Yasemin Duman from Baltas-Eksen gave a speech titled “Hidden Face” about the reflections of personality traits that emerge under pressure on business life.
Yasemin Duman stated that “Personality characteristics under pressure are behaviors that can create an “obstacle” for a person to demonstrate their performance, and can be a kind of “hindrance” to the person. In addition, during the speech, it was shared with the participants that “the person’s impulsive, suspicious, timid, aloof, independent characteristics cause people to stay away from people; arrogant, reckless, colorful, imaginative characteristics cause them to oppose people, and characteristics such as perfectionism and obedience cause them to turn towards people.”
