Leadership and Learning in Media, Development Congress The Development Congress was held on 21-22 November 2008, at the Süleyman Demirel Cultural Center of ITU campus, with an intense program and expert speakers under the main theme of “Leadership is Learning”. At the Congress, which was held to create a platform where learning-based problem-solving approaches will be shared on a common ground based on the contribution and sharing of community leaders, Prof. Dr. Acar Baltas took part as a speaker in the panel titled “Leadership and Learning in Media”.
In the panel he attended with Bersay Communication Consultancy Group Chairman Ali Saydam and Doğan Yayın Holding Board Member Nuri Çolakoğlu, Prof. Dr. Acar Baltas shared his experiences with the participants.
