Baltas Group New Generation Measurement Tools Promotion Meeting was held on June 14, 2011 at the Hilton ParkSa hotel with the participation of 60 people.
New Generation Measurement Tools, which enable the reporting of employees’ personality traits under the headings of Selection, Development and Leadership, to the extent needed by the institution, and which were introduced to the Turkish Business World by Baltas Eksen in cooperation with the Hogan Assessment System, attracted great attention from the participants.
The participant group, formed by the Human Resources of the leading institutions of the Turkish Business World, received information about the tests that provide reports on issues such as security, career, challenging features.
