The first speaker of the event on Tuesday, September 23 was Bill George, who was the CEO of Medtronic, the world’s leading medical company, for 10 years. Speaking under the title of leadership, Bill George stated that the starting point of developing leadership is personal awareness. Michael Porter, who is considered the world’s greatest authority on strategy, was the third speaker at the event. Michael Porter, who shared the topic of strategy with the participants in the stages from planning to implementation, impressively expressed the role of strategy in the intense competitive environment.
In the 4th session of the event, companies from the rapidly developing and booming economies of Brazil, Russia, India and China found a way to compete with companies that have been in the market for a long time and were previously described as untouchable; Roger Agnelli, Gulzhan Moldazhanova, Narayana Murthy were evaluated under the moderation of Antoine Van Agtmael.
