Prof. at Bahçeşehir University Career Days held between 2-9 April 2007. Dr. Zuhal Baltas gave her speech titled “Human in the Career-Personality-Competence Triangle”.
Emphasizing the relationship between Personality and Career Success in her speech, Zuhal Baltas explained the personality traits required by different professions to the participants in detail. He ended his speech, which opened a new way of thinking in terms of the subject and his handling of the subject in his presentation at the career days, by stating what needs to be done for a successful career.
