“2007-2008 Term Presidents Leadership Training Seminar” organized by Küçükçekmece Rotary Club was held at Radisson Sas on January 14, 2007.
The opening speech was made by Ümit Fatih Ekinci, President of Küçükçekmece Rotary Club, and President Prof. from Baltas Education Management Consultancy. Dr. Acar Baltas and Education Program Manager Sinan Yasun attended as speakers.
Prof. at the Presidents Leadership Training Seminar. Dr. Acar Baltas spoke under the titles of “leadership behaviors, success of the business leader”, “relationship management in voluntary organizations”, “success and values” and “going to perfection for life”. Baltas Training Program Manager Sinan Yasun delivered the session titled “The role of the leader in the planning, goal setting, goal monitoring and feedback processes in voluntary organizations” to the participants.
