Pharma Power Conference 2013, organized by Edworks at Sheraton Maslak on February 21, 2013, hosted the leaders of the Pharmaceutical Industry.
Prof. at the conference, which discussed the sector in all its details. Dr. Acar Baltas met with the participants with his speech titled “Working and Managing with Values in the Pharmaceutical Industry”.
In his speech, Baltas stated that values explain the reasons for human behavior and serve as a compass for decisions. As Theador Roosevelt said, “Educating a person in terms of reason and not educating him in terms of morality means raising a trouble for society”, he said that in the Pharmaceutical Industry as well as in business life in general. He stated that in order to achieve success, institutions must have a solid value system.
