Within the scope of the project developed to improve the human resources management processes of TEMA Foundation; The aim is to define business processes, rearrange job descriptions based on the processes, and reveal position-based competencies. In addition, Baltas Group plans to carry out studies to increase efficiency and success, such as determining critical success factors, comparing person-task and competency, and identifying training and development needs.
Taking into account the current conditions of the world and Turkey, it is aimed to transform TEMA Foundation into a non-governmental organization at international standards. The project will continue in the coming days.
