Baltas Group Tuesday Meetings, which have been held every year since 1999 to serve the Baltas Group’s mission of bringing contemporary knowledge together with the Turkish Business World, brought together its participants in a different seminar this year.
Prof. Dr. Acar Baltas examined the journeys made to conquer the poles, saying, “Going into space in the 1960s and conquering the poles in the 1900s had the same value in terms of showing that they were the dominant power to the whole world.” Realizing the added value that the experiences here would create in the business world, Baltas started to give seminars on this subject titled “Leadership and Life Lessons from the Conquerors of the Pole”.
