Believing that one of the important determinants of corporate success is making the best use of human resources, Baltas-Eksen meets with business professionals twice a year with free Hogan Personality Measurement (HPI) Authorization Training. The first training of 2011 was held at Baltas Bilgievi on February 2.
In this meeting, participants will learn about one of the most challenging tasks of human resources, in the process of bringing the business together with employees who create value;
● Reviewing the relationship between personality and performance,
● Introducing the basic and professional scales of HPI,
● To provide knowledge, skills and abilities regarding scale interpretation according to job families,
