Prof. Dr. The last stop of Acar Baltas’s seminars on Values on January 19 was Tuzla Infantry School. Prof. explained values to Tuzla Infantry School students from a different perspective. Dr. Acar Baltas also gave information about leadership. Focusing on two leaderships, power-based and knowledge-based, Baltas conveyed the importance of knowledge-based leadership for people to reflect their potential in life.
